Short Description:

This is an instrument used to measure electromagnetic radiation such as solar radiation. The instrument consists of a photodiode, a filter, and a circuit. In use, the instrument is exposed to sunlight; sunlight passes through the filter and then shines on the photodiode, generating a current signal. The circuit amplifies this current signal and calculates the total radiation value.
