Medium and small river monitoring system

1. The System Introduction

The “Small and Medium River Hydrological Monitoring System” is a set of application solutions based on the new national standards of hydrological databases and using anumber of advanced technologies for hydrological information management, which will greatly improve the information on rain, water, drought and disasters. The comprehensive utilization rate provides a scientific basis for the scheduling decision of the hydrological department.

2. The System Composition

(1) Monitoring center: central server, external network fixed IP, hydrology and water resources management information management system software;

(2) Communication network: communication network platform based on mobile or telecommunications, Beidousatellite;

(3) Telemetry terminal: hydrological water resources telemetry terminal RTU;

(4) Measuring instruments: water level gauge, rain sensor, camera;

(5) Power supply: mains, solar power, battery power.

3. The System Function

◆ Real-time monitoring ofriver, reservoir and groundwater level data.

◆ Real-time monitoring ofrainfall data.

◆ When the water level and rainfall exceed the limit, immediately report the alarm information to the monitoring center.

◆Timed or telemetry on-sitecamera function.

◆Provide standard Modbus-RTU protocol to facilitate communication with configuration software.

◆Provide the real-time rainwater database writing library software of the Ministry of Water Resources(SL323-2011) to facilitate docking with other system software.

◆The telemetry terminal has passed the test of the National Water Resources Department Water Resources Monitoring Data Transmission Protocol (SZY206-2012).

◆The data reporting system adopts a system of self-reporting, telemetry and alarm.

◆Data collection and information query function.

◆Production of various statistical data reports, historical curve reports, export and printfunctions.
